Collection: THE MARLEY PROJECT

As some of you know, my niece/goddaughter Marley was diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease. Sickle Cell is a group of blood disorders typically inherited from ones parents and affects red blood cells. Problems with this disease usually begin very young and include attacks of pain (crisis), swelling, bacterial infections, anemia and even stroke. With all that being said, THERE’S A CURE!!! Not many people know of this disease, even less know that they can be cured and live a normal life. It’s not an easy journey but seeing this little girl’s smile tells me that it was worth every tear.

Marley is 8 years old and as of February 10, 2022, cured of this chronic disease. Woohoo!!! It was a long painful journey for Marley, her parents, and siblings but with all their loved ones supporting them they are back home and doing great.

Marley now wants to make this dream come true for someone else. Marley and I are teaming up and creating a collection that we have named “The Marley Project”. When you purchase an item from this collection the profits will be donated in Marley’s name to help another person battling this disease.
